Fall/Winter Season

The High School league is split into A (experienced) and B (beginner) divisions.

You can register a full team for this session, and the Sports Plex staff will help you determine which division is appropriate based on experience and skill level.

Individuals can also register and will be placed on a team in the appropriate division.

Team rosters are recommended to be a maximum of 12 players plus goaltenders.

Multiple teams from each school is highly recommended; this allows coaches to separate the players into A and B teams to best suit their ability.

The season will consist of 16 games and 12 practices, starting in mid-November and going through the middle of March (ending before Spring Break).

Games and practices will be during the week (averaging 1 game and 1 practice per week); all will be played at the Sports Plex.

Games and Practices are Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Player cost for the season is $280, for full-time goaltenders $200.

Additional Practice times for teams are available for $60 per hour.

Spring Season

The season will consist of 8 games, starting in late-April and going through the middle of June.

Games will be during the week; all will be played at the Sports Plex.

Game nights are Mondays and Wednesdays.

Player cost for the season is $110, for full-time goaltenders $70.

Practice times are available for $60 per hour.

Teams are encouraged to conduct fundraisers, as well as solicit corporate sponsorships from local companies to help reduce the cost per player. The Sports Plex staff has several ideas for effective fundraising projects, we'll be glad to help.

You can save $20 for the season if you have a friend join our league!
Help us spread the word and save money too!

Player must be new to our leagues, and they must put your name on their registration form.

Eligibility

Eligible players must be enrolled in High School, and be between 13-18 years old as of the first day of school. Birth certificates may be required by the league.  

Exception: some schools allow 8th graders to participate in the B - Division.

Minimum GPA (as determined by each school for other varsity sports) must be maintained. In general, players will be held to the standards of their school's Athletic Code of Eligibility.

Team Sponsors

As in previous years, we will need sponsors to help offset the cost for the players. This is an excellent method of advertising, and we will have additional sponsorship packages such as: banners, corporate outings, advertising on the boards, etc.
